how to buy our films

There are three easy and convenient ways to purchase any of our films:

You may purchase any of our films by visiting the title page for the film.  Purchase information is located in the left side bar.  All of our films are available in DVD and are either closed captioned or have English subtitles.  You may also purchase a Digital Media Rights license along with the DVD as a value package.

free shipping

All of our prices include shipping and handling charges for orders shipped in the USA and Canada via postal service. Additional charges will apply for all other international and rush orders.

For International orders add $15 for 1 DVD and add $35 for 2+ DVDs

For rush orders add $25 for 2 Day and add $35 for Next Day service

public screenings

All of our films are available for public screenings. If you would like to request a preview copy for a public screening or need additional information, please send an inquiry to: info@outcast-films.com.

NGO and community group discounts

If you have a limited budget and cannot afford the Public Performance Rights (PPR) please tell us about your organization and how you'd like to use the film. It is important to us that our films be used as educational tools; therefore, we will try to work as closely as possible with you. Please send your inquiry to info@outcast-films.com.

All orders must be accompanied by an institutional purchase order or payment. Payment may be made by institutional check, money order, or all major credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted. Please note, if you are tax exempt, all orders must be accompanied by your federal tax exempt number or you will be automatically charged tax when applicable.

All international orders must be prepaid by institutional check or credit card in US Dollars. Films will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. An additional shipping fee for international orders will apply. Please add $15 for the first three titles and $25 4-5 titles. Before placing your order, please inquire to info@outcast-films.com for special instructions.

All of our films and videos are protected by United States copyright law. Duplication, reproduction, alteration, television broadcast, cablecast, loaning for a fee, leasing, sublicensing to others or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission from Outcast Films. Public Performance Rights are included with institutional purchase price as long as admission is not charged and the "performance" takes place within your institution. The price for your institution also includes a license for closed-circuit use within a single campus. Performances of Outcast Films titles outside of your institution or if you collect money for people to see the film is prohibited without the written consent of Outcast Films. new york state tax exempt organizations

We are required by law to charge sales tax to any shipments (ship to address) of merchandise to the state of New York. If you are a New York accredited tax exempt organization, you must fax, email, or mail us your ST-119 tax exempt form. If we do not have this on file, we must charge you sales tax. Sales tax charges will not be reimbursed after the invoice has been paid so please send us the form at the time you place your order. If you have already submitted your form, it will be kept on file for future use.

previews

Unforunately, we are unable to offer preview copies of our films for potential buyers. We invite you to view the clips and read the information available about each of the films located on the title pages to get a fuller understanding of the concept and material covered within each film.

We are committed to providing outstanding customer service, therefore, if you purchase a dvd or videotape and are unhappy with it for any reason, we will accept returns for a refund of the cost of the film within 30 days of purchase. A $15 restocking fee will apply.
